    Note that if you have Developer Mode enabled in your .htaccess:
    your custom page will not show up – it will just dump the stack trace to the screen. Comment this line out to see your customizations.
    Also, the custom error pages did not work correctly with my local windows XAMPP installation – the code does not properly build the custom skin directory path, so default is always used.
