    Running version 1.5.3 of the extension. Using PxPost with Purchase option.

    When checking out with Virtual products the order status goes to Complete despite configuring the extension to a Processing state.

    I have written some automation code using the Magento API to fulfil orders (for license keys basically) and processing Complete orders is obviously concerning (potential to process twice etc).

    Is it possible to perhaps hard code the order status? Or is the only solution to perhaps change from Virtual products?

    Im running version 1.7.0.2

    We have had issues since xmas with orders not being processed, we are using version 1.3.0 (beta) of the extension, I was keen to upgrade but not sure if there will be any issues once we update??

    Hi,

    On the latest version of Magento (1.8+) the order status is consistently being returned as Pending Payment when payment has already been made.

    It is generating the invoice and marking the invoice as paid, but the status isn’t updating to “Processing” like it used to.

    I experienced this prior to upgrading to the latest version of DPS plugin and after upgrading to the latest version of DPS plugin.

    Having an issue with this plugin when upgrading to magento 1.8.1, Issue has been posted to github . Is there a fix yet?

    Hello,

    I have implemented the Paymentexpress payment method by using the DPS PxPay by MageBase extension in Magento Version : 1.8.1.0. I have made all the settings provided by the http://magebase.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/User-Manual-Magebase-DPS-v1.1.pdf. But there is problem with the order email sending. When someone completes their order no order email sends to the customer. Please help me to solve the problem.

    I’m seeing a similar issue with Magento v1.9.0.1 and magebase DPS v1.5.18. The magebase_dps_pxpay.log doesn’t include the “DPS Response: Purchase OK – create Invoice”, the order status is not updated, payment details aren’t added to the order and emails aren’t sent.

    The XML response_body in the magebasedps_debug table looks correct and includes the relevant payment details.

    Does the XML response confirm that the problem is not communicating between DPS and the website? Where should we start troubleshooting to find out why the order update is not triggered?

    We’ve used magebase DPS before, but not the latest version with magento 1.9 and haven’t seen this problem before on the same hosting server with similar website set ups.
